Ryder Court

We are delighted to have received planning permission for the refurbishment of Ryder Court, a commercial office building in the heart of the St James Conservation Area, on behalf of our Client, M&G, assisted by Oxygen Asset Management.

Our client is committed to extending the commercial life of this wonderful building and the proposals focus on access to nature to enhance individual and collective wellbeing. The design recognises that modern office tenants are increasingly seeking access to private amenity space within buildings, that offer better biodiversity and lower levels of operational carbon.
