Bosham House was a delightful new build project, for a client who was moving from a large house and wanted to build a single storey dwelling to make the most of the amazing sea views his plot enjoys.
The replacement dwelling is a moderately sized three bedroom house set within a relaxed landscaped garden with incredible views of the sea. A separate garage immediately to the north and a new boat store and greenhouse completed the development.
The design has been tailored to the specific needs of the client in retirement. Sensitive building design using natural materials, a dark colour palette and its low profile, ensure the proposals comply with local and national planning guidelines and have a discrete presence on the site.
